     I am writing to express our appreciation to you and to your company for the excellent telephone and intercom communication system you installed in our building and that you continue to maintain over these past several years.
     We became customers of yours over five years ago. At that time, we were in critical need of a new telephone and intercom communication system for our high school, which numbers over 650 students and 75 adults. We received written proposals and on-site presentations from several companies, and yours was the one we selected, based not so much on the cost but on the promises you made about service you would provide after the installation. It was a good decision then and it has proved to have been a good decision later, as your staff of supervisors and technicians have been wonderful to work with. They have helped us keep costs down while providing great service. What more could we ask for?
     Our faculty and staff comment on the excellent communication system we have throughout our building. The phones provide personal/private conversations as well as intercom capabilities when we need to talk with the whole school. We are indeed well-served by your outstanding company.

Dear John Hancock,

 

  I want to take a moment to thank you for your efforts on behalf of the Sisters, Adorers. You went out of your way to get the toll-free numbers active for the Sisters in their St. Louis administrative office. After the phone company failed 6 times to get voice channels activated at that location, I was at a loss to know how to get the numbers ported back from the other provider and pointed to an existing trunk group. You grabbed the problem and solved it in less than 8 hours. You not only made the sisters happy, you saved me from further grief.

 

  It seems that customer service is no longer the goal of utilities. I certainly understand why the Adorers of the Blood of Christ have such a long-standing relationship with your company. I only wish I could have you and your company working for us in Wichita and Columbia.
